captains, and crew in creating unforgettable guest arrivals. Here’s what a typical 24 hours looks like before high-end guests come aboard:
🕘 09:00 – Captain’s Brief & Arrival Schedule
Our team starts early, liaising with the captain or manager to confirm the guest schedule,
provisioning needs, and any bespoke requests:
• Gluten-free welcome snacks?
• Fresh lavender pillows?
• Child-safe setup for the cabins?
Every detail is noted — and actioned.
🧼 10:30 – Deep Interior Refresh
While the crew preps technicals, our interior team gets to work:
• Dusting and polishing all surfaces
• Replacing linens and fresh towels
• Resetting beds with premium Egyptian cotton
• Sanitizing bathrooms and galley
• Restocking minibar and fridge
This isn’t just cleaning — it’s resetting the stage for luxury.
🧽 12:00 – Exterior Washdown
Mallorca’s salt air may be beautiful, but it’s harsh on yachts.
Our exterior detailers rinse and dry the entire deck, polish stainless steel, clean windows, and
prepare the sundeck for guest use — removing covers, fluffing sunbeds, and staging towels or water toys.
🕓 16:00 – Cabin Check & Final Touches
Cabins are rechecked for symmetry, freshness, and ambient perfection.
We also:
• Light scented candles or diffuse natural oils
• Adjust blinds and lighting
• Place fresh flowers in saloon and master
🧳 18:00 – Crew Support & Walkthrough
We assist crew with final checks, organize last-minute laundry if needed, and make sure the yacht
feels cool, calm, and curated before arrival. No rush, no stress — just quiet support.
🚤 20:00 – Welcome Aboard
Guests arrive. Everything is flawless. Every drawer is tidy, every view sparkling, every scent
